Health Guarantee and Bill of Sale
Our goal is to produce healthy quality puppies for people to enjoy for a long time in their lives. I do heath test my dogs to provide the best health possibilities for my puppies. The day you pick up your puppy it has been found healthy by my veterinarian. You have 5 days to take your healthy puppy to your vet. You, as the purchaser, have 5 days from the date of purchase to return the puppy, at sole expense of the purchaser, for any reason for a refund minus the $400 deposit. All vet fees, cost of care, training, etc. for the life of your dog is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you decide to keep your puppy, you will receive your AKC papers.
Breeder Guarantees the puppy to be in good health at the time of sale. Your puppy will come with AKC Limited Registration only, no breeding rights.
Breeder Guarantees the puppy doesn't exhibit any signs of congenital disease or defect at the time of sale. What happens with the health of your puppy while in your care is your sole responsibility, as a breeder I am not responsible for any non life threatening issues, including but not limited to; Parasites of any kind, Giardia, Coccidia, retained baby teeth, development of allergies, accidents, any eye problems, urinary tract infections, infections of any kind, development of arthritis, or cataracts etc.
In the unfortunate event that your puppy would need to be put down within the first two years of its life due solely to genetics, or if it is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders that are life threatening, I will replace your puppy with your pick of a puppy from any of my females/male combinations. The cause of death or condition will have to be certified and recorded by a licensed veterinarian. In the event that the puppy has not died and there is an issue you may be asked to submit x-rays or have the condition verified with a second opinion. Breeder will replace your puppy with your pick of a puppy from any of my females/male combinations after the original puppy is returned to breeder at purchasers expense.
I cannot guarantee that your puppy will never become ill or need more than routine veterinary care, and this guarantee does not cover the reimbursement of any veterinary bills associated with this puppy.
What I need from you:
Nothing would make me happier than knowing that I have been a part of bringing a happy healthy puppy to your family. To help ensure this I will have a veterinarian examine your puppy not more than one week prior to the date you take possession of your puppy, and I ask that you have your veterinarian do an examination of your puppy not more than 5 days after receiving your puppy.
Your puppy will come with all age appropriate vaccinations and dewormings, but it may still need more to be fully vaccinated and protected. I will send a copy of all vaccines and deworming your puppy has received with your puppy, along with when the next set of vaccinations and dewormings is recommended. After that you and your veterinarian should establish what vaccines and care your puppy should receive.
Exceptions to the Guarantee:
Breeder cannot guarantee the disposition or temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, or breeding ability of your new puppy.
All puppies are intended to be companion dogs, be family pets, and reside in a family home; no kennels, no barns, and no outside pens. Fenced back yards are for potty and play only. Failure to provide a suitable living environment voids this health guarantee and will result in Breeder taking possession of the dog unconditionally, with no refund of any money.
I cannot replace your puppy for severe hip or elbow dysplasia if your puppy is overweight and/or if you cannot produce a history of joint supplement vitamins, and maintained a proper diet of premium foods. All food changes must be approved for your health guarantee to withstand by the breeder.
This Guarantee does not cover any hip or elbow dysplacia in your puppy. Parents have been tested and approved for breeding. Many environmental factors greatly affect the occurrence of dysplacia and arthritis in dogs and we can not control the environment once the puppy has left our care.
I cannot replace your puppy if routine medical care has not been maintained for your puppy. This includes all vaccines, deworming, heartworm prevention, and flea and tick prevention. You are required to have your puppy seen annually by your veterinarian and maintain all vaccines and preventative care as recommended by your veterinarian.
This guarantee does not include any costs associated with spaying and neutering this puppy including that of undescended testicles.
Failure to receive adequate and regular veterinary care will void this guarantee.
Purchaser will only feed premium brand dog food agreed upon with breeder and daily vitamin supplements. Failure to do so will void this health guarantee.
Purchaser agrees to not sell or transfer this dog at any time without prior consent of the Breeder. If purchaser sells or transfers ownership of this dog will void this health guarantee.
If purchaser declines to return their puppy for a replacement puppy, the breeder shall be under no further obligation to the purchaser and it shall be deemed that the Purchaser has released the Breeder from any and all further claims and waived any right to pursue any claims against the seller.
